These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Baga Village website and services, including the booking and stay at our properties. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
- •"We", "Our", "Us" refers to The Baga Village
- •"You", "Your", "Guest" refers to the user of our website or services
- •"Property" refers to any accommodation operated by The Baga Village
- •"Booking" refers to a reservation made through our website, directly with us, or through a third-party platform
Booking and Reservation
By making a booking with us, you warrant that:
- •You are at least 18 years of age
- •You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- •The information you provide is accurate and complete
A booking is confirmed only after we have received the required deposit or full payment and have issued a confirmation notice.
Payment
Payment terms are as follows:
- •A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a booking
- •The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before check-in or upon arrival
- •For bookings made less than 7 days before check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking
- •A security deposit may be required at check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out subject to inspection
Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy document, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- •Comply with all property rules and regulations
- •Respect other guests and staff
- •Use the property and its facilities responsibly
- •Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
- •Not cause damage to the property or its contents
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a stay, or deny entry to any guest who violates these rules or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
Liability
We are not liable for:
- •Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
- •Injuries or accidents that occur on the property due to guest negligence
- •Service interruptions or failures beyond our control
- •Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or that of our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
