Standard Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before check-in
Full refund minus processing fees
3-7 days before check-in
75% refund
1-2 days before check-in
50% refund
Less than 24 hours or no-show
No refund
Peak Season Cancellation Policy
During peak season (December 20 - January 10, and other designated holiday periods):
More than 14 days before check-in
Full refund minus processing fees
7-14 days before check-in
50% refund
Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show
No refund
Group Booking Cancellation Policy
For group bookings (5 or more rooms):
More than 30 days before check-in
Full refund minus processing fees
15-30 days before check-in
75% refund
7-14 days before check-in
50% refund
Less than 7 days or no-show
No refund
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Processing fees (typically 3-5% of the total amount) are non-refundable.
Modifications to Reservations
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. If the modification results in a shorter stay, the cancellation policy will apply to the cancelled nights.
Early Departure
Important: No refunds will be provided for early departure or unused nights of a confirmed reservation.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) that prevents us from providing accommodation, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of serious illness, death in the family, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us directly. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.
