At The Baga Village, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure this, we have established the following guest policies:
Check-in and Check-out
- •Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- •Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- •Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. For international guests, a valid passport is required.
Registration
All guests must register at the front desk upon arrival. This is a legal requirement.
Room Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed per room is strictly enforced for safety and comfort reasons. Additional charges apply for extra guests beyond the standard occupancy.
Children Policy
Children under 5 years of age stay free when sharing a room with parents. Children aged 6 and above are considered as additional guests and will be charged accordingly.
Pet Policy
We regret to inform that pets are not allowed in our properties, with the exception of service animals.
Smoking Policy
All our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
Noise Policy
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests.
Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.
Visitors
All visitors must register at the front desk. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without prior registration.
Right to Refuse Service
The Baga Village reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not protected by law.
